GON / GO Series compressed air filters

Coverage High-pressure: the HG / HGH Series is the high-pressure filter line, offered in aluminum to 50 bar (~725 PSI) and steel to 350 bar (~5,000 PSI) for booster and high-pressure-gas service. The ELM Series mist-eliminator variant targets heavy oil and mist carryover from piston or oil-flooded rotary compressors. No hazardous-location (Class 1 Div 1) variant. [VERIFY] exact GON/GO coalescing grade letters (P/X/Y/A) and per-grade micron and oil-carryover figures against the Mikropor America GON datasheet — the GON brochure PDF was image-encoded and not machine-readable; grade letters are confirmed only at the catalog level.

Mikropor's GON and GO Series inline filter housings carry coalescing grades for liquid oil-aerosol and water-mist removal, with an element design built for 'zero-clearance' replacement so the element can be changed where headroom is tight. Mikropor coalescing grades reach 0.01 micron, and the filter range is ISO 8573-1 rated. Mikropor manufactures its own housings and elements as a broad air-treatment producer (filters, desiccant dryers, oil-water separators).

Why Mikropor here Mikropor gives SPC an ISO-rated coalescing option at a value price point, with a broad in-house range — GON/GO inline filters, the HG/HGH high-pressure line, and ELM mist eliminators — so a budget-sensitive new install can still be specified to a documented air-quality class. The zero-clearance element design also eases replacement in tight compressor rooms.

MHL series

Coverage MHL heatless line: -40°F PDP standard, -94°F PDP optional fill. Mikropor also offers the MMD modular heatless series (3-1,060 SCFM, -40°F to -100°F optional) for compact/skid duty, and the MEHD externally-heated-purge series for continuous high-flow duty. No high-pressure-specific or hazardous-location variant offered.

MHL heatless twin-tower regenerative desiccant dryers, ISO-rated, achieving -40°F PDP standard with activated alumina media (-94°F optional). For compact/modular duty Mikropor also offers the MMD series (3-1,060 SCFM, to -100°F optional) and the MEHD externally-heated-purge series. Mikropor pairs the desiccant dryer with its own compressed-air filtration and oil-water separation, giving a single-brand path across the upstream treatment chain.

Why Mikropor here Mikropor brings an ISO-rated regenerative desiccant dryer backed by a broad in-house air-treatment range — dryer, filtration, and oil-water separation from one brand. For cost-conscious specs it keeps the full desiccant treatment package consolidated and competitively priced.

MWOS

Coverage Covers the gravity-plus-coalescing-plus-adsorption oil-water separator variant taught on this page, sized to compressor capacity from roughly 60 CFM up to about 1,943 CFM. Media is a scheduled consumable.

Mikropor's MWOS (Mikropor Water-Oil Separator) is the value-tier separator in the SPC portfolio. It performs the same regulatory job — gravity pre-separation followed by coalescing and adsorption media that brings the discharge water below the legal oil limit, with outlet oil content under roughly 10 ppm. The range is sized to compressor capacity from roughly 60 CFM up to about 1,943 CFM. The adsorption media is the consumable, changed on a 6-12 month service interval before breakthrough. [VERIFY] exact MWOS model flow ratings and media part numbers — pull from the Mikropor MWOS datasheet.

Why Mikropor here Mikropor gives SPC a value-tier separator that meets the same sub-10-ppm discharge target as the premium option, so a small shop or a budget-constrained system can still be made compliant without overspending. Mikropor also supplies desiccant dryers and filtration into the SPC portfolio, so a buyer can source the separator alongside other air-treatment equipment from one brand the DC channel already carries.

GON / GO Series compressed air filters

Coverage High-pressure: the HG / HGH Series is the high-pressure filter line — aluminum to 50 bar (~725 PSI), steel to 350 bar (~5,000 PSI) — and covers particulate-grade elements for booster and high-pressure-gas service. No hazardous-location (Class 1 Div 1) variant. [VERIFY] exact GON/GO particulate grade letter (P) and its micron rating against the Mikropor America GON datasheet — the GON brochure PDF was image-encoded and not machine-readable; grade letters are confirmed only at the catalog level.

Mikropor's GON and GO Series inline housings carry dry-particulate grades for solid-particle removal — used as the pre-filter ahead of coalescing or the after-filter behind a desiccant dryer. The element design supports 'zero-clearance' replacement for tight compressor rooms, and the filter range is ISO 8573-1 rated. Mikropor builds its own housings and elements as a broad air-treatment producer (filters, desiccant dryers, oil-water separators).

Why Mikropor here Mikropor gives SPC an ISO-rated particulate option at a value price point, with a broad in-house range — GON/GO inline filters plus the HG/HGH high-pressure line — so a budget-sensitive new install can still have a documented-class pre-filter and after-filter. The zero-clearance element design eases replacement where headroom is tight.
