GPS series (heatless, twin-tower regenerative). Companion regenerative lines: GEH (external heated purge) and GBS (blower purge).
Coverage Full regeneration-type coverage across three series: GPS heatless twin-tower (activated alumina to -40°F PDP, molecular sieve to -100°F); GEH external heated purge (reduces purge air to 7% or less), 100-25,000 SCFM; and GBS blower purge with selectable Tri-Mode operation (Blower Only / Blower Polishing / External Heated), 100-25,000 SCFM. No hazardous-location desiccant variant offered.
US-manufactured regenerative desiccant dryers, Michigan-built. Heatless duty is the GPS twin-tower series, with activated alumina for -40°F PDP and molecular sieve for -100°F applications. For continuous high-flow duty Great Lakes Air also offers the GEH external-heated-purge series and the GBS blower-purge series (both 100-25,000 SCFM), so the desiccant dryer can be matched to the same brand's compressed-air treatment chain at any regeneration type.
Why Great Lakes Air here Great Lakes Air is SPC's core US-made dryer brand — Michigan manufacturing with verifiable Made-in-USA provenance and a full dryer line. Sourcing the desiccant dryer here keeps it inside a single, domestically-built treatment package alongside the rest of the air system.
GHN / GW Series compressed air filters
Coverage High-pressure: the GHP Series is the high-pressure variant, rated to 650 PSIG (vs. the 300 PSIG GHN standard) at 248°F. High-capacity: the GW Series is the high-flow, floor-standing housing for large main-line flows. No hazardous-location (Class 1 Div 1) variant. The GHN housing range spans 13 sizes — GHN-0020 through GHN-1650 — with capacity from 20 to 1650 SCFM at 100 PSIG (22 to 1848 SCFM at 125 PSIG), connections 1/4" through 3" NPT. For dry-particulate duty the housing takes the Grade PP element: particulate removal down to 1 micron, 1.0 PSID clean-dry pressure drop, ISO 8573 Class 3. The companion coalescing grades are H (high-efficiency, 0.01 micron, 0.008 ppm max oil carryover, ISO 8573 Class 1), PC (utility coalescing, 0.1 micron, 0.09 ppm, ISO Class 2), and V (activated-carbon adsorber, 0.003 ppm oil carryover). NOTE: 'GRF' is the Great Lakes Air refrigerated-dryer line, not a filter series; the prior Specs text naming a 'GRF Series' filtration line was a mis-name and has been corrected to GHN/GW.
Great Lakes Air's GHN Series and high-capacity GW Series inline filter housings remove contaminants downstream of the compressor, and are offered across multiple media grades. Housings are aluminum with a side-port condensate drain and ship with a differential-pressure switch for remote element-loading monitoring — standard ratings are 300 PSIG and 248°F. As SPC's US-made dryer brand, Great Lakes Air supplies its filter housings as the matched filtration alongside its GRF/GRN-series dryer systems, so a dryer-plus-filter package comes from one manufacturer.
Why Great Lakes Air here Great Lakes Air is SPC's US-made dryer brand, and its GHN/GW filter housings let a dryer and its filtration come from a single manufacturer on one purchase order — the matched filtration that ships alongside a Great Lakes Air dryer system. The integral differential-pressure switch supports condition-based element replacement, and the GHP and GW variants extend the same line into high-pressure and high-capacity service.
GN2
Coverage Standard plant-pressure PSA only, GN2-125 through GN2-1600. No high-pressure, portable, or containerized nitrogen variant — those formats are South-Tek's.
Great Lakes Air's GN2 is a standard-format PSA nitrogen line, with models from GN2-125 through GN2-1600. It produces nitrogen at 95.0% to 99.99% purity using a twin-chamber cycling-PSA carbon molecular sieve design; rated nitrogen output runs from roughly 297 SCFH (at 99.99% purity, 90 psig feed) up to about 1,135 SCFH on a single GN2-250-size unit at 95% purity, with larger models above that. Feed air is supplied at 90 or 110 psig (150 psig maximum inlet). The CMS carries an industrial service life in excess of 10 years with proper feed-air treatment. Great Lakes Air manufactures in Westland, MI.
Why Great Lakes Air here Great Lakes Air is SPC's primary refrigerated-dryer brand, so many customers already run GLA drying equipment. The GN2 line lets a nitrogen generator extend an existing GLA relationship — same US manufacturer, same service contact, same purchasing path the customer already trusts for air treatment. The 10-plus-year CMS service life and US manufacturing base make it a durable, low-maintenance standard-format choice.
GRN
Coverage Standard GRN non-cycling/cycling line covers 10-3,000 SCFM at standard rated conditions (100 PSI, 100°F inlet/ambient). High-pressure duty is a separate series, GHRF, rated to 650 PSIG. High-inlet-temperature duty is the EDR series with an integral pre-cooler, rated to 180°F inlet. High-capacity duty is the modular GMNF (non-cycling) and GMNX (cycling) series, 4,000-13,500 SCFM. GNX is the energy-efficient cycling series with thermal mass. No hazardous-location refrigerated variant offered.
US-manufactured in Westland, MI. Standard GRN line rated for 100°F inlet at standard conditions, available in non-cycling and cycling configurations, 10-3,000 SCFM. Beyond GRN, Great Lakes Air offers a broader refrigerated range across separate series: GHRF for high pressure (to 650 PSIG), EDR for high inlet temperature (to 180°F), and the modular GMNF/GMNX high-capacity series (4,000-13,500 SCFM).
Why Great Lakes Air here Great Lakes Air is built in the USA in Westland, MI, which keeps lead times and parts support short. The standard GRN line is a proven, well-established refrigerated dryer, and the brand's broader range — high-capacity, high-pressure, and high-inlet-temperature options — lets SPC match a wider set of site conditions from a single brand. Strong when serviceability, lead time, and range all matter.
