6 product types in the SPC portfolio

F-Series standard coalescing filters

Coverage Drain-configuration variants: manual-drain models (e.g. F554W) carry the higher 250 PSI rating; automatic float-drain models (e.g. F554FW) are rated 175 PSI. No high-temperature, high-capacity, or hazardous-location variant — the F-Series is a point-of-use line sized to a single machine drop.

Arrow's F-Series coalescing filters (F552 / F553 / F554, in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT) are compact, point-of-use units that merge fine oil aerosol and water mist into larger droplets for removal. Element rating is 0.03 micron sintered bronze; flow is 24-37 SCFM per unit. They are built in the USA and supplied with a 6 oz metal bowl, sight-glass indicator, and a choice of manual or automatic float drain. These are machine-side polishing filters rather than main-line bulk housings.

Why Arrow Pneumatics here Arrow Pneumatics brings US-made point-of-use coalescing filtration — the compact unit that polishes the air at an individual machine inlet after the main filter train has done the bulk work. It gives SPC a practical, well-priced final-stage option at the FRL station, and Arrow's filtration and FRL air-prep range lets a rep specify machine-side air treatment from one brand.

Arrow combination and modular filter-regulator units (N-, D-, VC- part families)

Coverage Combination-body and modular FR builds in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" ports; polycarbonate-with-guard or metal bowls; manual drain standard; tamper-resistant knob option; OSHA lockout slide-valve option on modular builds. The standard element is 40-micron sintered bronze; finer coalescing elements are a separate Arrow filter line.

Arrow Pneumatics is a 100-year US manufacturer; its filter-regulators come in combination and modular forms across 1/4" to 3/4" ports. The standard filter element is a cleanable, replaceable 40-micron sintered-bronze element; units are rated to 200 PSI maximum with a 5–200 PSI regulated range and a 40–150°F operating window. The regulator uses a 3-position non-rising knob, with tamper-resistant variants available; bowls come in polycarbonate-with-guard and metal (6 oz).

Why Arrow Pneumatics here Arrow is US-made with a century of manufacturing heritage — the fit for aerospace, defense, and food & beverage accounts that require domestic content, with strong US replacement-element availability.

Arrow particulate filters (F352 series), regulators, lubricators, coalescing filters and combination FRL units

Coverage 1/4"+ NPT, up to ~250 PSI input, 40/5/3 micron elements, standard-flow industrial

Filter-Regulator-Lubricator components and combinations; 40-micron recleanable sintered bronze elements, metal bowls.

ASP sintered bronze mufflers/vents, breather vents, speed-control mufflers, hydraulic in-line filters (9052 series), in-line tool filters (9071 series)

Coverage 10/32"–1 1/2" thread/NPT, 150–3000 PSI depending on type, 10–90 micron elements

Sintered bronze and stainless-screen mufflers, breather vents, plus high-pressure hydraulic and air-tool in-line filters; TOC mislabels this section "Aliwitan".

Arrow F3-series particulate filters — Miniature (F300), TriGStar (F352/353/354), MidFlow (F374/384/376/386), High Flow (F329)

Coverage Point-of-use line in four flow tiers (Miniature / TriGStar / MidFlow / High Flow): variants are by port size (1/8" to 1-1/2" NPT class), bowl type (polycarbonate with guard or black-coated metal with sight), drain type (manual twist/push, internal float, overnight, or piston), and element grade (20/40 micron or 5 micron sintered bronze, or 3 micron absolute pleated fiber). No high-pressure, high-temperature, high-capacity, or hazardous-location variant — the line is sized to an individual machine drop.

Arrow Pneumatics covers point-of-use particulate filtration as part of its FRL air-preparation range — the compact filter at a machine inlet that catches dust and pipe debris before it reaches the tool, regulator, or valve. The line is the F3-series particulate filter, built in four flow tiers: Miniature (F300-01/-02, 1/8"–1/4" NPT, ~0.5 SCFM), TriGStar (F352/F353/F354, 1/4"–1/2" NPT, 48–100 SCFM), MidFlow (F374/F384/F376/F386, 1/2"–3/4" NPT, 160–245 SCFM), and High Flow (F329-06 through F329-12, 3/4"–1-1/2" NPT, 260–425 SCFM). Element micron ratings: 40 micron (standard) or 5 micron cleanable sintered-bronze depth elements across the range, with the smallest Miniature housings using a 20 micron bronze element; an optional 3 micron absolute pleated-fiber element is also offered, qualified at 99.5% efficiency at 3 micron (Beta β3 = 200) and holding 95% efficiency down to 0.3 micron. Units are US-made, supplied with a metal bowl and sight glass option, and sized to a single machine drop in the same compact housing family as Arrow's coalescing filters. They are machine-side prep filters, not main-line bulk housings.

Why Arrow Pneumatics here Arrow Pneumatics gives SPC US-made point-of-use particulate filtration at the FRL station — the machine-side prep filter that keeps dust and debris out of an individual tool or valve after the main train has done the bulk work. Arrow's combined filtration and FRL air-prep range lets a rep specify the whole point-of-use air-prep assembly from one brand.

Arrow particulate filters and coalescing filters

Coverage Particulate filters with the standard 40-micron cleanable sintered-bronze element; a separate coalescing-filter line for fine oil-aerosol removal; polycarbonate-with-guard and metal bowls; 1/4"–3/4" ports. Per-grade coalescing micron ratings to be confirmed against Arrow datasheets. [VERIFY]

Arrow Pneumatics, a 100-year US manufacturer, builds standalone filters across 1/4" to 3/4" ports rated to 200 PSI. The standard particulate element is a cleanable, replaceable 40-micron sintered-bronze element; Arrow also offers a separate coalescing-filter line for fine oil-aerosol removal. Bowls come in polycarbonate-with-guard and metal with sight indicators and manual drains.

Why Arrow Pneumatics here Arrow is US-made with strong domestic replacement-element availability — the choice for aerospace, defense, and food accounts with domestic-content requirements, and a practical, serviceable industrial filter elsewhere.
