South-Tek packages a complete on-site nitrogen plant — PSA generator, feed compressor, feed-air treatment, and buffer storage — inside an ISO shipping container as a plug-and-play unit for remote, modular, and space-constrained sites. The container line is offered in nitrogen and compressed-air configurations. As a packaging of the standard N2GEN PSA platform, the generator inside carries the same PSA technology and purity envelope; container size and power are configured to the site.

N2GEN HPCD (deployable) / HPCF-K0 (stationary)

South-Tek's high-pressure nitrogen line pairs a standard PSA nitrogen generator with a gas booster and cylinder-fill stand to deliver nitrogen well above plant pressure. The HPCD-01D is a deployable, wheeled unit — N2 generator, low-pressure buffer tank, twin oil-free air compressors, gas booster, and high-pressure fill lines on one 175 lb chassis — filling a single cylinder to 2,200 or 3,500 psig at 99% minimum purity, roughly 245 cubic feet in 6 hours for a standard 2,200 psig cylinder. The stationary HPCF-K0 skid is configured for 2,200 or 3,000 psig and sized to fill 2, 4, or 6 cylinders within 24 hours.
Why South-Tek Systems here High-pressure nitrogen — cylinder and bottle filling, aircraft tire and strut servicing, munitions handling — is a dedicated capability most distributors cannot source at all. South-Tek builds purpose-engineered high-pressure platforms with the booster and fill stand integrated, backed by its gas-generation engineering team. South-Tek's N2GEN is the standard-format PSA nitrogen line in the SPC portfolio — skid-mounted (S), cabinet-enclosed (CS), and compact builds, all carbon molecular sieve. The platform spans roughly 296 SCFH of nitrogen up to large multi-skid capacities, at purities from 95% to 99.9995%. South-Tek is a dedicated gas-generation manufacturer (Wilmington, NC) and configures each system to the customer's purity, flow, and pressure rather than selling fixed catalog sizes; the standard format covers indoor fixed installs at normal plant pressure.
South-Tek can also configure the N2GEN PSA platform onto self-contained skid and trailer chassis for field deployment and in-plant relocation — the portable build packages the carbon-molecular-sieve generator with its feed equipment on one frame so the system can move with the job rather than sitting at a fixed point of use. As a chassis configuration of the standard N2GEN platform it carries the same PSA technology and the same 95%–99.9995% purity envelope; flow and chassis are configured to the deployment.
