2 product types in the SPC portfolio

Kaishan KRSP (fixed-speed)

Coverage Fixed-speed single-stage rotary screw, KRSP line ~40-500 HP, to ~2,453 CFM; direct-drive 1:1 ratio; air- or water-cooled. Variable-speed KRSP is covered by the VFD product type; a two-stage KRSP2 line also exists.

Kaishan's KRSP line is a single-stage rotary screw compressor offered roughly 40-500 HP, with capacities to about 2,453 CFM, built around a patented low-speed SKY airend; direct-drive models use a 1:1 drive ratio that eliminates transmission energy loss. It is available fixed-speed and variable-speed, air- or water-cooled. Kaishan's strength is the large-horsepower end of the range, where premium-brand pricing climbs steeply.

Why Kaishan here Kaishan covers the large-horsepower fixed-speed range — roughly 40-500 HP — that most distributor portfolios stop short of, at competitive capital cost where premium brands get very expensive. For a large industrial account, it gives the DC channel a credible high-HP screw with a low-speed airend and direct 1:1 drive.

Kaishan KRSP variable-speed (PM-VSD)

Coverage Variable-speed single-stage rotary screw, KRSP line ~40-500 HP, including a permanent-magnet PM-VSD high-efficiency configuration; air- or water-cooled. Fixed-speed KRSP is covered by a separate product type. [VERIFY] the exact HP span over which the PM-VSD configuration is offered against a current Kaishan datasheet.

Kaishan offers the KRSP rotary screw line in a variable-speed configuration, with a permanent-magnet VSD option on the high-efficiency end — a permanent-magnet motor holds efficiency better than an induction motor across the speed range. The KRSP platform spans roughly 40-500 HP, single-stage, built on the patented low-speed SKY airend with a direct 1:1 drive that eliminates transmission loss. The variable-speed option is available air- or water-cooled.

Why Kaishan here Kaishan brings variable-speed efficiency to the large-horsepower range — roughly 40-500 HP — with a permanent-magnet VSD option for the strongest efficiency, at competitive capital cost where premium-brand VSD pricing climbs steeply. It gives the DC channel a credible high-HP variable-speed screw for a large variable-demand plant.
