ELGi's oil-free rotary screw line is the OF Series — a two-stage oil-free screw compressor delivering ISO 8573-1 Class 0 (zero detectable oil) air, offered roughly 60-500 HP (some dealer listings extend to 600 HP). ELGi is one of very few compressor makers that designs and manufactures its own oil-free airend in-house rather than buying it in, which is a genuine engineering credential for a technical buyer. The eta-V rotor profile reduces inter-stage pressure losses; coolers use a cupronickel water-in-tube design for corrosion resistance. (ELGi's EG Series is a separate, oil-INJECTED line — not oil-free — and is not the product for a Class 0 application.)
